In my role as a Professional Services Representative, I am responsible for the onboarding process for new and existing Tripleseat customers. This included collecting deliverables and consulting on operational logistics for their businesses, entering these deliverables into the platform and configuring our product to fit their case-by-case needs. Post-training, I continue to make adjustments to maximize our products effectiveness for each business and finalize their site as they move through their site’s launch.

I collaborate with our sales, training, support and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition from close of sale to launch and beyond, as well as maintain relationships with our customers as a point of contact for future location expansion.

As Cafe and Restaurant Manager, I oversaw the daily operations of two cafe locations as well as a full service restaurant and retail marketplace. I was responsible for a staff of 40+ baristas, and cafe customer service specialists, as well as servers, bartenders and supervisors for our full service restaurant. My daily responsibilities included general oversight of front of house operations, cash handling, inventory management, scheduling, cost of goods analysis, profit and loss management, disciplinary procedure, training, and talent acquisition.

As Assistant General Manager of QSR, my responsibilities include day-to-day operational oversight of a staff of 65 team members, who operate 14 different food, beverage, and spirit concepts, scheduling, vendor account management, disciplinary procedure, development of new food and beverage concepts, large-scale inventory and cash management, talent acquisition and development, and financial analysis.

As General Manager, I was responsible for oversight of daily operations of our North End location. Other responsibilities included all product and grocery ordering, scheduling, cash-handling; including bank deposits, cash tills and vendor accounts, hiring, catering orders, and general customer service.
