• Responsible for all Reserve Component Members for the Defense Unit of ACB2• Trained 40 USN Reservists in Defense Unit Operations including Tactical Team Movements, Urban and Rural Patrols, and Entry Control Point construction, operation, and defense.• Maintained Battalions Table of Allowance of over 400 M16 and M4 Rifles and M9 Pistols.• As Line Coach, qualified 214 Sailors on their TOA weapons in addition to assisting Active Component in small arms familiarization and fundamentals.

Program BAS databases and sequences of operation, monitor, troubleshoot and refine BAS to meet equipment manufacturer’s recommendations in accordance with APS standards and contract documents, onsite or via Intranet, resulting in optimized building equipment operation, energy utilization, indoor air quality and comfort. Modify programming and graphics as necessary. Scheduling of HVAC equipment to meet comfort demands. Perform or assist HVAC technicians in troubleshooting vital comfort, energy, indoor air quality, safety and scheduling concerns related to HVAC systems and controls, fire and safety devices, providing systems operations data and trend logging reports, and managing BAS access and privileges for technicians based on their job responsibilities.

Supervises 21 Hatebur Operators and Trainee’s on 7 Hatebur Forging Machines. Supervises 6 Vertical Press Operators and Trainee’s on a Clearing-1800 Vertical Press and a Kurimoto Vertical Press.

Supervised 12 electronics technicians in 2 work centers performing a wide range of electrical and mechanical repairs on Vertical Launching Systems and Tomahawk Weapons Control Systems.

Managed and supervised ten technicians in the Cruise Missile Division onboard USS Oscar Austin, DDG-79.Managed and supervised two technicians and five instructors at the MK41 Vertical Launching System “C” School.
