I own the whole Wed Direct experience from presell site to Try/Buy signup experience, Admin Portal experience and products deployment & usage experience for the first 48 days. I am responsible for the M365 sells through Web Direct channel, mainly on the monthly NCSA (new customer seats added) & NPSA (net paid seats added) increase.- Do competitors analysis and initiate usability studies, customer research / survey, customer listening, etc. to find out the market opportunities, then run experiments though A/B testing on the website to test the result. For products related findings, I work with product/engineering teams for the M365 products feature enhancements, to provides research evidence to determine priorities and ensure these critical features are included in the engineering roadmap.- Be the BI captain of our team, I work with Team Lead to allocate budget and manage the forecast for international markets. Also, I build up the BI reports for the team using Adobe Analytics, and provide monthly/quarter insight to our international team and report out to SLT. -
