    In my previous role as Project Manager Telecommunication Systems, I:• Spearheaded and managed a 7-year, 30-million-dollar Field Area Network project; handled all contractual creation, negotiations, and execution for distribution operations beyond the company’s fiber optic reach. The Field Area Network project consisted of a full deployment phase of 75 Tier I Base Stations (quasi-cell sites) along with 1,250 Tier II Base Stations (micro-cell sites) and approximately 10,000 endpoint devices.• Served as a Project Manager for an entire portfolio for internal capital system improvements, which consisted of approximately 150 micro projects.• The micro-projects consisted of power infrastructure end-of-life replacements pertaining to DC battery systems and chargers, microwave radios, antenna and waveguide replacements, switch, router, firewall replacements, and SONET and DWDM equipment upgrades and replacements.• Managed a 2-year, $7M DMR Trunked Radio system encircling Salt River Project’s service territory; constructed and installed seven base stations and fiber Optic drops; completed new network backhaul infrastructure and the installation and cutover of 1,500 mobile and portable Land-Mobile Radios.• Led and managed the implementation of an Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI-Smart Metering) program comprising of over 75 base station collectors and ~1M meters.• Coordinated overall efforts with over 40 internal stakeholders and organizations, including meter operations, CC&B, ADMS, design and construction, network design, outside plant, transmission line construction, station electricians, station maintenance crews, fault and utility location, and civil and ancillary construction crews.
