• Led the vehicle controls design, development, calibration, and validation for DC Fast Charging for a 700 V, 210 kWh battery pack system on a Class 8 truck utilizing a Combined Charging System Type 1 (CCS1) connector.• Developed vehicle controls, using Simulink and MATLAB, for the following features: HV power steering, HV pneumatic compressor (brakes and suspensions), legacy cruise control, vehicle range estimation, hoteling time estimation, and CNG fuel system.• Supported controls development and testing for the following features: HVAC, powertrain and battery thermal system, vehicle diagnostics for OBD-compliance, predictive and adaptive cruise control, and supervisory controls.• Calibrated and verified controls software through extensive vehicle testing and data analysis, using ETAS and CANalyzer.
