Responsibilities include leadership development, board of directors management, and general oversight for one of the fastest growing MedTech business in the US. MedShift broad product portfolio includes industry focused technology platforms coupled with leading medical devices. MedShift delivers services to both industry manufacturers as well as aesthetic focused plastic, derm, GYN, practices.

MedShift portfolio includes Connected Medical Device, eCommerce, Subscription, and payment facilitation platforms. When combined with MedShift Operative Analytics Platform, each device delivers a holistic view of actual treatment success which leads to more refined treatment protocols and improved patient outcomes. Our software changes the relevance from precise surgical tool into refined data reporting engine capable changing the landscape for the better. We support 80+ devices ranging in type from CO2 lasers, radio frequency, eloctromagnetic, and plasma devices which are deployed to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and OB/GYNs throughout North America. MedShift partner manufacturers and physicians generate more revenue and gain new patients while experiencing better outcomes utilizing MedShift technology and services.

Past responsibilities included $210M annual divisional sales target as well as the creation and introduction to market of Avanade's Managed Virtual Private Cloud compute offering. The VPC is deployed in North America and Europe and hosts some of the globes largest banks and enterprises. The platform allows for compute on demand in a secure and customer isolated manner and positioned Avanade to be the premier Private Cloud offering in the collaboration market.

Post merger of M3 and Azaleos my team created and executed strategic initiatives and contracted most of the businesses future revenue streams. After delivering growth from $15M and 125 employees in 2009 to $80M and 235 employees in December of 2012, we facilitated a holistic sale to Accenture owned Avanade with a deal value in excess of $110M- representing profitable exit for 100% of the operating partners and VC's.

Developed M3TG's business from $250k to $15M+, from 12 employees to 125 over a 5 year period as Partner and Principal Architect. We merged M3TG with Azaleos in March of 2009 to create one of the largest pure play messaging and collaboration services companies in the world.

Technology consulting firm focused on enterprise projects where we designed, developed, and deployed Microsoft infrastructure, collaboration, and security solutions for various Fortune 100 firms. My company was acquired by M3 Technology Group in 2004.

Was recruited during and hired following college graduation to provide enterprise support services to large government agencies and US based corporations. My team at Microsoft focused on the security stack as well as core network and remote access components of the Windows Server suite. In addition to support focus, I regularly presented around the country on current and future technologies at events like Comdex and Net World Interop.
