Presently, I am an associate salesperson working in the retail store, Steve Madden. However in the future, I hope to become a real estate agent. Right now, I am saving up money to pursue my dream and goal to work in the real estate industry. I spend my free time studying and learning as much as I possible can about the business - such as entitlements, land use, community partnership, construction and finance, etc. The reason for this is because training and licensing aren’t obviously free, so I want to make use of my time when I am ready rather than "throwing" away money I don't have - I will be prepared and will continue to work hard. The biggest reason why I am so interested/motived to become a real estate agent is mainly to better communities and change people's lives. I strive to become a valuable asset as an agent and help individuals/families find their forever homes - it is a fulfilling job that brings happiness to me knowing I helped somebody else! Finding a home can be a stressful and scary process, and my goal is to make that process run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Finding the right community and home for someone is a very important goal of mine because I want my clients to look to me for guidance. I have a passion for giving back, I always have and always will. I believe that everyone has a purpose in their life and I believe that everyone can make the world a better place one way or another. As for me, I know I can achieve that by helping the people and the communities as a real estate agent.
