Built a loyal client base by creating marketing strategies with the owner/veterinarian, which included direct contact with primary care DVMs and their staff to build strong relationships with referring practices. Created and implemented inventory guidelines for staff, which included placing and receiving orders from suppliers, organizing inventory within the practice, maintaining controlled substance logs according to DEA guidelines, performed hard counts and disposing of expired medications.
