Oversee operations of all Retired and Senior Volunteer Programs (RSVP) funded through Corporation for National and Community Service and Employment Services Programs through state and county funding. Redesign RSVP signature Telephone Reassurance Program to increase capacity of clients served. Conduct data analysis and grant reporting for all program grants. Oversaw a diverse program staff and program operations throughout South East Wisconsin including: supervising and evaluating staff, conducting orientations and training, developing training materials, creating and revising office procedures, gathering and analyzing data, conducting meetings and documenting outcomes, ensuring accurate data reporting, developing processes for proper documentation as needed, building community partnerships, and representing the organization to the community.“SCSEP is a community service and work based training program for older workers.
