Operate telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, and concerns. Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department, and follow up with guest to ensure satisfaction.

Promote fun, interactive atmosphere in all recreational areas, hosting an average of 5 activities per day. Clean and maintain pool deck areas on Swan and Dolphin property. Work with and support a team of attendants, averaging 7 per shift, to execute activities and tend to guests.

Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities. Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies

Setting up event via folding and laying table tents, laying out programs, and registering guests. Assist with client communication via telephone. Answer questions and direct guests to appropriate areas as needed and providing assistance to special events head throughout the event.
