Previously, I served as an Emergency Communications Specialist at Frederick County Emergency Communications, where I efficiently process incoming calls, coordinate the dispatch of public safety personnel, and provide assistance to callers in need. Prior to this, I held various positions at the Montgomery County Police Department, including Police Sergeant in the Telephone Reporting Unit (TRU) and the Policy & Planning Division.
