• Full-life-cycle recruiting of industry professionals in Satellite Imagery, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Mapping, Location Based Services (LBS), Remote Sensing, and Photogrammetry.• Selected to fill some of the most challenging positions in the organization such as Agile Software Development Managers, High Performance Computing (HPC) Engineers, R&D Scientists, Cloud Services Engineers, Full Stack Java Developers, Geospatial Developers, and Space Vehicle Operators.• Manage relationships with hiring managers, preferred vendors, and other stakeholders.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:► Selected to manage the following projects and programs: veteran hiring, campus recruiting, ATS re-design & metrics implementation, intern program, evaluation of new sourcing tools and channels (LinkedIn, RecruitingDash, Glassdoor, TweetMyJobs, CareerBuilder Supply/ Demand, more).► Partnered with the Cloud Services Development Team to create an “Agile Recruiting Process” to integrate with our Agile Enterprise initiative. Completed hiring of 27 Consultants in 2 months.► Developed a method of infusing our Purpose, Vision, and Values (PVV) into the corporate culture through public display and signature which helped result in over a 90% acceptance rate of the PVV.► Branded our Enterprise Talent Management system, “TalentView”.
