Conferences generated more than $3million. ✰ I Managed an extended 5-year contract delivering 25 executive leadership programs for approximately 600 participants including coaching services for over 300 executives. Programs generated revenue in excess of $800K.✰ I Managed a team of three (3) staff producing over 200+ COT and custom engagements per year with 4,000 participants.
