Oversaw multi-divisional teams to produce 3 conferences over 7 months consisting of 4000 participants and 300 classes. Project led over MC and prime contractors which managed full training logistics including curriculum design, 60+ instructors, material production and onsite hotel coordination. Conferences generated more than $3 million. ♦ PROGRAM MANAGEMENT | LEADERSHIP TRAINING. Managed extended 5-year contract delivering 25 executive leadership programs for approximately 600 participants including coaching services for over 300 executives. Programs generated revenue in excess of $800K.♦ CLIENT CONSULTATION. Delivered executive coaching program for 100 members of the executive office of the President.
