I reviewed settlement agreements and drafted two motions for attorneys' fees and costs in D.C. Federal District Court. I also drafted and filed due process hearing complaints, compensatory education plans, and motions for expedited due process hearings. In addition to this, I maintained and organized client files, sent client referral letters, and filed court reports.

I researched and wrote legal memoranda regarding partnership agreements, employment contracts, and labor disputes. I also drafted several motions, including a federal motion for summary judgment and opposition to misjoinder. In addition to this, I propounded and responded to discovery requests, compiled and organized over 1000 pages of exhibits, drafted declarations, and interviewed over 175 clients to gather information for use in a class action lawsuit.
