I have more than 30 years experience in strategy consulting and served in senior management positions in various organisations. As a facilitator of new action for better results I get those I work with to think, apply their minds and develop and act in vastly superior ways that promote forward movement by design.I currently serve as CEO of Surplus People Project a NGO that started in the early 1980s.SPP actively supports emerging farmers, farm workers, farm dwellers, forestry communities, social movements and other organisations in the eco-system to address food sovereignty, climate justice, land and agrarian transformation.In the Non-Profit and Social Enterprise Development sector I completed hundreds of project evaluations (due-diligence, mid-term reviews, close-out and impact studies) and organisational and programme strengthening interventions across South Africa. In business and supplier development, I trained and consulted with more than 10,000 SME Business Owners around Strategy, Business Model, Revenue Model, Marketing, Sales and Lead Generation plus Optimising Business Operations. The research centred on assessing the establishment of a culture of entrepreneurship and enterprise development within all FET institutions and their programmes.Small Business Development Programme (SBDP):Developed and delivered Enterprise Development programmes to 50 business owners for the Cape Chamber of Commerce in 2005 and 2006.
