- Developing and maintaining rapport with management to provide an organized plan for successful recruiting efforts and submit weekly activity reports - Utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Peoplefluent. - Partnering with hiring managers and other managers/director to analyze and forecast staffing needs and recruitment strategies. In charge also of the headcount forecast for IDL Position.- In charge of communicating with the HR Business Line of the Global NXP for the hiring status.- Accountable for interviewing candidates via phone to identify the best match for the positions available for our client. - Executing strategic sourcing techniques to include a variety of resources such as internet, advertising, job boards, internal and external databases, employee referrals, direct sourcing and job fairs. - Creating and maintaining professional relationships with job seekers and project managers from various institutions.- Responsible for doing the End-to-End recruitment for engineering up to the management positions.
