Designed and implemented continuous improvement projects; ensured programs and processes were vertically and horizontally integrated across the organization.A member of a Corporate Enterprise Architecture (EA) Team, responsible for the development, configuration management, and maintenance of the EA; identifying operational processes, ownership and accountability with associated policies and procedural data.

Managed 4 sections for a total of 34 trainers, planners, and validation personnel throughout 6 different locations. Our mission was to provide support for, and conduct all individual level training for all activated military personnel deploying overseas, through Fort Lewis, in support of combat operations. Assisted in the development of the training plans, identified the required support, and then monitored the execution of the plans which included the storage of US Army weapons, all weapons qualification ranges, and the delivery of ammunition in accordance with all military and safety regulations. Filed and maintained personal qualification records of trained personnel. While holding this position my section has supported over 395 training events, conducted over 255 ranges, trained over 7,150 personnel, and had a 98.7% success rate.

Planned and implemented headquarters' operations to include training deployments, combat deployments, and enduring operations throughout the United States, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Pacific.
