I am currently a freelance 2D artist specializing in mobile video games. Basically, I'm responsible for much of the artwork you'll see while enjoying the final product--animated character sprites, menu and icon designs, and illustrations to name a few. Outside of what you see in the actual game, I've also been responsible for drafting preliminary concepts to ensure that ideas are actually feasible in a working engine. Finished assets are created with a combination of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash, but pencil and paper is where most concepts are born.Game developers have ideas that they want to put on paper, but not necessarily the means to visualize them effectively. That's what I want to bring to you. The best games stem from a partnership in which everyone brings their craft to the table--whether that craft is game design, programming, sound, or visual art.
