Regional Vice President
Current- Drive regional growth by developing and implementing strategic plans, setting performance goals, and identifying new market opportunities. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of agents to expand the team and increase productivity.-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions in life insurance, securities and the suite of other value added solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and expert advice.-Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Oversee compliance in life insurance and securities transactions, manage risk, and stay updated on regulatory changes.-Analyze and monitor sales performance metrics and financial reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
