-Work directly with hiring managers, HR Managers, HR Directors, and Managed Service Providers (MSP’s) to fulfill all their hiring needs-Full-cycle recruiting: Screening, interviewing, testing, reference checks, on-boarding, background/drug screens, I-9 and E-Verify, offer letters, and new-hire orientation-Responsible for managing Vendor Management System (VMS) accounts and high-volume projects-Maintain and cultivate client relationships-Responsible for maintaining client required metrics and scorecards in the following competitive categories: first response time, submittal-to-hire, and bill rate management-Successfully recruit for entry level up to Director level positions (contract and direct-hire) in IT, HR, Finance, and Accounting-Recruit and place employees at major companies including: Disney, Hyundai, AT&T, Southwest Airlines, Oracle, and KPMG-Handle employee relations, negotiating compensation, records management, safety, maintaining retention, coaching and counseling employees, as well as completing terminations-Train and develop new team members-Serve as main point of contact for all VMS accounts within the company and responsible for new account implementation-Work with internal departments to review and facilitate the execution of contracts-Ensure and maintain compliance for all client background requirements-Experience working with multiple background vendors (Sterling, HireRight, Frasco, etc.)-Weekly payroll processing & auditing
