Worked within the Production Engineering group at Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia. TMMWV produces four and six cylinder engines, as well as six speed automatic transmissions. My group was responsible for the gear machining line within the 6AT facility. This highly automated assembly line required a strong understanding of circuitry, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), pneumatics, and industrial work flow, along with a solid mechanical background and understanding of transmissions and robotics alike. Projects include, but are not limited to, robotic mechanism development, machine upgrades, cycle time reduction, and general operational support.

Worked within the Market Quality Department at Honda of America's manufacturing headquarters in Marysville, Ohio. My group was responsible for analyzing the exterior components of the vehicle, yet interacted extensively with all other groups. This position emphasized a strong technical background focused on problem recognition, system analysis, and manufacturing techniques in order to accurately recognize warranty trends. Primary responsibilities consisted of warranty part root cause analysis, problem recreation, counter-measure development and implementation, and presentation of findings. Direct focus was made towards supply chain, manufacturing, assembly, and design processes to understand complex system dynamics.
