I managed company operations, administration, and accounting. I developed a comprehensive warehouse logistical process and procedure for managing and tracking inventory. I maintained Soom’s CRM, coordinated the supply chain of products, managed customer accounts, performed daily financial accounting, and worked on navigating the FDA’s requirements for importing tahini from Ethiopia.
