1. Prepare vessel documents and letters for tender purposes and check all documents before submission to Pertamina/other charterers at tender closing.2. Reviewing the draft ship contract sent by Pertamina whether it is in accordance with the aspects agreed upon during the tender and following up and updating the status of all ship contracts with Pertamina Legal and Pertamina Corporate Secretary via phone, chat, and email.3. Prepare documents for the negotiation process for the purpose of taking options or extending the lease period from the Operations Department before sending them to Pertamina.4. Create Office Supply PR for Tender and Contract purposes.5. Recap and provide claim form for AR as proof of bill deduction from Pertamina.6. Calculate bunker offset (delivery-redelivery) to be forwarded to AR as billing instruction to Pertamina.7. Inform and make reports for ships in docking, off hire-on hire, and delivery-redelivery to the A/R dept.

1. Collect tender announcements and prepare registration documents to participate in the tender process.2. Prepare the administrative and technical documents of the vessel required by the tender committee.3. Monitoring ship certificates.4. Manage and extend company legality documents/certificates.5. Establish communication with KKKS (K3S) and consortium parties under the supervision of the Business Development Manager.6. Monitor and make daily reports on tenders.
