Prior to the merger with Kraft, Heinz was a global food company with revenues over $11B. The company was a widely-held public enterprise prior to July 2013 when it was privatized by 3G Capital and Berkshire Hathaway. The Canadian operation enjoyed category leadership in over 10 categories and retail sales in excess of $500M. Reporting to the Zone President, North America, accountable for establishing and communicating the vision to advance the company’s high-performance culture, developing strategic plans to deliver fiscal and long-term financial targets, designing structure and processes to optimize productivity and execution, fostering relationships with key constituents (government, industry, communities, customers) and ensuring business continuity through the development of future talent. Reporting to the Zone President, North America, responsible for staff of 105 people.
