Fiber Materials Inc. has been my first true engineering employer. Serving the company for three semesters while I attend school has been very satisfying as I find it hard to move on while everyday seems like a new adventure. Working on SBIR programs seems always to reveal new knowledge to be acquired as the array of multiple different programs are worked out. Working with a tight knit R&D team here has greatly increased my communication skills in reports, work summary, as well as verbally. It has also given me a chances to supervise a project being constructed in a machine shop to giving me free will to design fixtures to aid in completing a larger goal or project.Specialties: CAD such as SolidWords, AutoCAD, and a little Pro E. I have really good CAM exposure such as CAMWorks. I also have skills in Machine operations and repair, mechanical design, material properties.
