Brian is a highly accomplished, results-driven C-suite executive with more than 20 years of success in the healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality industries. Brian is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for U.S. HealthWorks (USHW), the nation's largest privately-held provider of occupational health care services, with more than 250 centers (including 25 worksite locations) in 21 states, and over 4,200 employees, including approximately 1,200 affiliated physicians, midlevel practitioners and therapists. In this role, he directs all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and development, employee relations, benefits and compensation, and corporate communications. As a member of the USHW Executive Team for more than 13 years, he is also actively involved with the company’s strategic planning, as well as growth through acquisition and organic means. He has successfully led the implementation of several programs that focused on cultural change and using employee engagement as a key strategy to achieving business goals. Prior to joining U.S. HealthWorks, Brian worked in human resources for the manufacturing and hospitality industries. He served as HR Director for Reid Plastics, Inc., overseeing human resource services for approximately 1,500 employees and $200M in annual sales. In addition, he defined strategic direction for all employee relations. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management. He attained a Certificate on Global Enterprise Management from the University of Oxford, Kellogg College, as well as a Certificate on European Union Business from the University of Antwerp. He regularly reports to the U.S. HealthWorks Board of Directors.
