Experienced Promotions Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. Skilled in Social Media, Advertising, Production Coordinating and Producing. Strong marketing professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Theatre/Communications from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Briana Rose Lee attended the MacDuffie School and Cathedral High School in her hometown of Springfield, Massachusetts. She then attended Carnegie Mellon University as a Directing major but had the opportunity to attend The ScholarShip and spent six months circumnavigating the globe aboard a ship studying the arts and culture in each of the twelve countries visited. After the incredible voyage, Briana transferred and graduated with a BA in Theatre Arts and a minor in Communications from the University of Minnesota. She is a life-long sister of Kappa Alpha Theta. Briana had a total of six theater internships at the The Children’s Theater and The Guthrie focused on stage management and directing. Once Briana graduated, she began working full time in the film industry and is now a member of IATSE Local 490 as a production coordinator. She has worked on several feature length and many short films as well as commercials and a television series. Briana also has done brand representation work since she was sixteen and won “Brand Ambassador of the Month” from Oxford Marketing in August 2018 for her work on their summer activations. Briana was a tour manager for Mazda Ride and Drives for four years and has done countless other automotive tours and events nationally. Briana has been a mainstay member staff for the Twin Cities Film Fest running their social media and assisting with red carpet events. During the pandemic, Briana got actively involved in politics and became a national delegate for Bernie Sanders, a Greenpeace volunteer, and worked as a canvasser for Ilhan Omar’s 2020 re-election. She then applied to National Democratic Training Committee’s Staff Academy and graduated in March 2021 as a Digital Cohort. She stayed with Congresswoman Omar's campaign doing a deep canvas program and then the re-election in 2022. Briana is currently the Chair for the Minneapolis DFL.
