We are going to rebuild better than ever and now I can actually Hire veterans and Milspouses which was never going to be able to happen under the new management and with zero resources available. Our Volunteers deserve so much for all they did, and my goal is to make sure every Volunteer past and present is thanked for their service in a tangible way.Love you Al and Follow VETS2INDUSTRY LLC now on Linkedin and join our Linkedin Group. Director Of Community RelationsRapidascent Feb 2023 - Mar 2024Fredericksburg, Va, UsIn this role I reached out to companies of all sizes and explained how to start their DoL paid Apprenticeship Program so that they can onboard on a one year apprenticeship (leading to FTE), highly trained Cybersecurity professionals who are from the military, Milspouse, Dependent work age children, and civilian workforce who all are able to receive advanced cybersecurity training via virtual simulators, all for Free.I also attend events around the nation explaining why RapidAscent is changing the world using a patented virtual simulator that puts the trainee in a real world simulated environment where they are learning with hands on keyboard training how to combat cyberattacks and patch vulnerabilities in real time. After the three months of this training, the cybersecurity professional starts on the job training for one of RapidAscents partner companies and is able to gain certifications like Sec+ at the same time.As the Director of Community Relations at RapidAscent, I leverage my CRM and communication skills to reach out to companies of all sizes and explain how to start their DoL paid apprenticeship program and use the DoD SkillBridge program supported by my nonprofit VETS2INDUSTRY. This program enables them to onboard highly trained cybersecurity professionals who are from the military, milspouse, dependent work-age children, and civilian workforce, and who receive advanced cybersecurity training via virtual simulators, all for free for the service member/veteran/dependent child with GI Bill or paid apprenticeships from the companies that pick the candidate apprentice up. -

Independent Marketing ConsultantSelf Employed 2017 - Jul 20191. Brand creator, business card creator, and web page designer for Beauty Salon without a web presence prior to my solicitation. 2. Marketing and design creator for Neighborhood Watch community.3. Marketing campaign of which I designed, organized, executed and led resulted in 10,500 school supplies raised (valued at over $40,000), all achieved in less than 30 days and with only a 5-volunteer staff, a $0 marketing budget authorized (due to government restrictions), and zero access authorized to government marketing channels. Raised supplies supported 2,200 local off-base school teachers supporting 28,530 students within the Houston County School District, Georgia. At the end of the 2nd week of the campaign, in order to increase exposure and donations, I devised and instituted a competition between all agency's on base and solicited support from industry. The organization raising the most supplies per item would be crowned winner and receive a plaque (designed by me) presented by Robins Air Force Base Installation Commander. The result of this initiative was a 60 percent spike in donations, and $30,000 of value gained between the value of supplies donated the last two weeks and monetary contributions to Houston County Board of Education from industry. This was all accomplished with only one week of planning before the start of the campaign.
