Brian A. Aslin is a management-side labor and employment attorney with a record of success as lead counsel before juries, judges, and appellate courts. At the Office of the Attorney General, he obtained successful results for clients at jury trial, appellate oral argument, and in hearings on emergency temporary restraining orders, temporary injunctions, and dispositive motions—all as attorney-in-charge.A former prosecutor, Brian began his career as an Assistant District Attorney where he achieved an undefeated first-chair jury trial record. On top of his success in the courtroom, Brian was appointed to manage a team of prosecutors and staff as a Court Chief.Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance with a minor in Religion from Baylor University. In 2023, Brian was elected a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
