Team Manager
Current- Develop and implement human resources policies, programs, and procedures that align with our business objectives and values
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for new team members, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary and bonus structures, health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
- Manage performance review process and provide coaching and support to team members to improve performance and achieve goals
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
