Team Manager
Current• Develop and implement human resources policies, programs, and procedures that align with our business objectives and values• Manage the recruitment and selection process for new team members, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding• Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary and bonus structures, health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits• Manage performance review process and provide coaching and support to team members to improve performance and achieve goals• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity, and safety standardsMonitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support as needed to ensure the team's success• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed to meet sales goals• Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters collaboration, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence• Provide regular reports and updates to the supervisor or director on team performance, market trends, and business opportunities• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards in all team activities
