As a Technical Services and Solutions Officer at UnionBank of the Philippines, I enable the transformation of operating models, such as business processes, organizational structures, roles, internal controls, and performance measurement frameworks, to drive automation and digitization. With strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, I design and develop processes and process improvement initiatives that achieve strategic objectives, increase profits, reduce costs, and improve staff performance.I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines in 2017, where I also published a paper on ergonomic design for people with cerebral palsy. I have experience in supply chain management, logistics, and business data management, as I interned at Del Monte Philippines and worked on a project study for Harlan + Holden Philippines.
