As Co-Founder, I am responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of Gauge Real Estate Partners. We create value for investors and end-users through principal development and advisory development services.

As Vice President, I was responsible for identifying, analyzing and originating ground-up development and value-add investment opportunities in the office sector. I am also involved with due diligence, financial modeling, market analysis, lease analysis, and asset dispositions.

As Senior Development Manager, I was responsible engagement and direction of design teams to conduct due diligence in obtaining sites, governmental approvals, design oversight, architect/contractor selection and negotiations, construction administration, scheduling, estimating, budget control and tenant coordination.

As Development Manager, I was responsible for managing the design and construction of new speculative and build-to-suit projects as well as third-party development management.

Serving as Project Manager, I managed a multitude of construction jobs ranging from office, hospitality, healthcare, religious facilities, and industrial space. I was responsible for maintaining the schedule, budget, and safety on each project. Furthermore, my responsibilities included subcontract negotiations and client development.
