I served as a member of the Profile by Sanford executive team and led the development of a growth and messaging strategy that propelled the franchise company from 30 locations to 150 units open in 24 months. Worked cross-functionally on mission-critical strategic initiatives to elevate the company as a leader in the health and wellness space, setting the trajectory for the company’s rise to #64 in the Franchise 500. PROUD MOMENTS Led the development of the company’s franchise sales message, including the design and content strategy for Profile’s franchise discovery days that led to more than 300 franchise commitments in a 12-month period. Served as product owner for Profile Journey, the company’s second-generation mobile application that brought our health coaches closer to our members. Leveraged my expertise in consumer-centricity, interaction design, information architecture, message development and graphic design to upgrade essential features and introduce both gamification and affirmations, helping improve the app store rating from a 2.0 to a 4.7.Led the transition from a volume-based, low-cost pricing model to value-based, service-oriented pricing model, including the implementation of a monthly recurring membership model that significantly increased franchisee’s predictable revenue streams. Responsible for clearly and regularly communicating the company’s growth strategy to the most influential and high-value audiences, including the Sanford Health executive leadership team and the Profile Franchise Advisory Council.
