Managed investigations under multi-store environment. Worked with Regional Investigations Manager and District Loss Prevention team to investigate incidents of internal and external loss. Reviewed exception reports, video, and installed covert camera systems to reduce shrink. Conducted training meetings for Loss Prevention associates to help them identify and report internal/ORC related incidents.

Managed 19 stores with 11 agents and 1 Investigator. Reviewed operational compliance through partnership with store management and corporate auditor to ensure effective controls were in place. Conducted Market Analysis reports on high focus stores to make certain the correct resources were being utilized/optimized to reduce shrink. Conducted intense review of operational compliance by providing sound loss prevention practices working with store and district management teams. Supervised and trained store management on inventory processes to obtain accurate results. Reviewed and maintained up to date CCTV, EAS and Alarm equipment. Testified on company’s behalf during unemployment hearings, criminal/civil court proceedings.
