Designed a Microsoft Access database program to perform data conversions enabling customer data from a wide variety of customer hardware platforms and information systems to be read into Iron Mountain's inventory database system. Gained a great deal of Visual Basic experience on this project.As a member of conversion team assisted in completing a computer system conversion from a VMS platform to a platform utilizing UNIX, Novell with WAN and TCP/IP. Created hardware service contracts and maintenance database in Microsoft Access. Perform data processing and customer contact in an electronic data interchange program with Iron Mountain's customers.Administrated Novell Netware, SCO UNIX servers and all computers and barcode scanning equipment connected to the corporate wide area network and six local area networks.
