Founded B Street Hospitality as a means to purchase existing small businesses and turn them around. Utilizing proprietary financial models I developed, I began the venture by purchasing Carnivore Sandwich, a then severely struggling deli in San Diego. After making a number of reforms with staff, pricing, suppliers, marketing, and customer service, the business nearly doubled in revenue. Its Yelp! rating also climbed from 3.5 stars to 4.5 stars during that period. I continued to grow the business by maintaining quality and adding corporate customers. After managing through the pandemic, I decided to sell, and the new owner is thriving.

Java Bright Capital, formed in 2014, is a hedge fund developing counter cyclical products for institutions and high net worth individuals.
