Provide assistance and guidance to Owner/User department on contract administration questions. Review and approve contract change orders or modifications for contractual compliance and adherence to agency policy and applicable federal requirements. Participate in the review and coordination of monthly invoices for A/E contracts and pay applications for construction contracts. Participate and support contract closeout for A/E and Construction contracts in accordance with the contract, agency policy and procedures and federal requirements, if applicable.
