Analyze revenue data for the Intercontinental Hotel Kansas City and the Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza and implement strategy decisions to maximize revenue potential.

Strategize and manage inventory and rates of 295-room upper upscale hotel located on the historic Country Club Plaza in Kansas City. Specific duties include: web site optimization, e-channel allocation, rate strategy, negotiated accounts maintenance, and group strategy.As a member of the Executive Committee, I am also responsible to help establish strategies to improve the overall performance of the hotel, especially with concern to our guests, team members, stock holders, and local community.

Responsible for providing the highest level of service to hotel guests. Supervise front office staff, including front desk agents, bellmen, doormen, drivers, and PBX operators. Responsible for finding solutions to guests' concerns and providing an efficient and effective check in and check out process, as well as everythign in between.
