As the Chief Financial Officer I oversee all financial, capital market, regulatory, treasury, commodity risk, real estate, and compliance operations for this market leading distribution and services company with national presence. I also lead long-term financial planning and corporate strategy formulation, collaborating closely and advising CEO through all strategic investments, capital allocation, and M&A considerations.

Post IPO work included supporting implementation of Sarbanes Oxley and included establishing and maturing of investor relations.- Transformed FP&A business reporting and analytics by driving use of modern data analysis and business intelligence tools, departmental analytics and dashboards.- Lead end to end fleet lifecycle management with business partnerships to drive down maintenance and operating costs for 7,000+ tractor and 15,000+ trailer fleet. This included principal role in overall equipment strategy, fleet acquisitions, OEM relationship management, operating and maintenance costs management, disposal strategy, and disposal process. - Drove organizational change, establishing a first-ever formalized procurement department, which enabled formal category management, significant savings, and better contractual protection across the supply base.
