This included principal role in overall equipment strategy, fleet acquisitions, OEM relationship management, operating and maintenance costs management, disposal strategy, and disposal process. - Drove organizational change, establishing a first-ever formalized procurement department, which enabled formal category management, significant savings, and better contractual protection across the supply base.
