We provide full spectrum of services (project consultation, project management, data transfers, kits, sample management, routine testing and speciality testing, such as flow cytometry, histopathology, and genomics).• Consult with potential and existing clients regarding analytical & global logistics service offerings to support their clinical research.• Responsible for biopharmaceutical and biotechnology companies located in the United States and manage the prioritization of accounts and opportunities using Salesforce.• Sell central laboratory, safety testing, and specialty testing services, including flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and next-generation sequencing• Work closely with marketing to provide a customer voice for new product offerings to generate relevant client-facing marketing collateral.• Collaborate with marketing to generate new leads and identify high growth potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Global Data, Zoom Sales OS, Scientist.com. • Analyze industry activity and future growth avenues to successfully implement annual business plans for global central laboratory and testing services.• Identify and report competitive activities, positioning and pricing, communicating specific reasons for awards and non-awards to executive leadership.

-Answer questions via phone and e-mail on the usage and performance of company products, and recommend products in response to customer inquiries, requiring knowledge of: Molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, and/or cell biology Laboratory techniques including western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, flow cytometry, and/or enzyme assays-Interact and follow up with customers, partners, and internal staff to resolve customer technical inquiries.-Utilize and maintain the CRM database (salesforce.com).-Determine customer and partner requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions.-Contact customers and partners following sales to ensure ongoing satisfaction and expand sales potential.-Assist with managing product documentation, including web documents, marketing collateral, and quality control documents.-Assist with market and industry research and competitive analysis of our products relative to competitors.-Assist with creating promotional material, product literature, brochures, and technical reports.-Fill requests for catalogs, information, and other technical data.-Read, review, and keep up-to-date with product literature to maintain a current understanding of all products.-Travel to academic institutions across the U.S. to speak with academic researchers about their research and our products (and how they work) to generate leads for the Sales and Marketing Team. -Conduct lead follow-up. -Person of contact/Product maintenance for Axxora LLC, Enzo Life Sciences' online marketplace which distributes other biotech companies' products. My responsibilities include: -Assist with acquiring pricelists for upcoming year, update Axxora LLC's webpage to keep advertising of products current, upload product information into Navision database about each new product.

-Assists with procedures ordered by licensed medical staff (MD/DO, PA, NP, RN, LPN) under Board of Nursing and departmental rules and regulations. -Some duties include conducting initial assessment and support treatment alongside licensed medical professionals, open and maintain airways, BLS/CPR, ventilation, acquiring medical history (w/ Cerner) and vital signs, immobilizing fractures, and bandaging/dressing wounds. - After each response, restocks all supplies, cleans equipment and is fully prepared for the next response.-Attends continuing medical education sessions in order to maintain proficiency as required by local protocols and the state. -Maintains knowledge of regulations related to mandatory training and reporting requirements. -Reports hazardous material incidents, search and rescue cases, and disasters to the appropriate agencies.

Intro to Cell and Molecular Biology/Biology Department- BIOL118This course is one of two initial pre-requisite courses for a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a requirement for all pre-health track students. I was a graduate teaching assistant/lab instructor under Dr. Jeanne Lawless. My primary responsibility was to teach the lab section of Binghamton University's Introductory Cell and Molecular Biology course. I coordinated lesson plans which were utilized to teach basic concepts in molecular biology and run lab exercises. With the assistance of my UGTAs, we were able to expose students to common lab techniques (microscopy, spectrophotometry, PCR, genetic transformation, gel electrophoresis, etc.) used to critically think about problems in the research setting. In addition to teaching students proper lab technique/protocol, I assisted students with scientific writing and taught them how to properly report their experimental findings. Furthermore, I held office hours each week outside of class to work with students that presented difficulties with the content in lab or in lecture. Other duties included designing review sessions, designing quizzes and the lab practical examination, and attending weekly meetings to ensure the proper material was being taught, assist individual lesson planning by Grad TAs, and update Dr. Lawless about student progress/issues.

-Observe and assist team physicians (Micah Lissy, M.D. and Luis Rodriguez, M.D.) and certified personal trainers and acquire insight about prevention, evaluation, management and rehabilitation of athletics injuries. -Interns assist with taping, pre and post-practice treatments, therapeutic exercise programs, practice coverage, first aid and all other team needs. -Students devote approximately 15-20 hours a week depending on sport assignment and season.

-Units: Operating Room, Orthopedics, and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)-Committed 160 intern hours.-Worked with surgical personnel to prepare operating rooms for specific surgeries (getting specific surgical kits with OR staff, setting up surgical bed in a particular manner, sterilization of the operating room).-Assisted surgical personnel in turnover of operating rooms after each procedure (sterilizing and preparation).-Organized and replenished supplies in the surgical department. -Observed cases demonstrating surgical procedures in medical disciplines such as Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatry and Plastic Surgery.-Transported/discharged patients

-Worked the information desk and assisted on-campus associations in setting up and breaking down hosted venues in Appalachian Dining Hall.-Responsible for restocking the computer pods, locking all classrooms and closing down the building.
