Acts as a single point of contact for patients, manufacturers and healthcare providers within the Specialty Pharmacy. Delegated tasks to subordinates and collaborated with Pharmacy techs, including medication administration, activity planning, reports, inventory, and other relevant tasks. Participated in all disciplinary/promotion issues with the group home in collaboration with the Executive Director.
