I bring over 25 years of corporate finance, capital markets and institutional investor communications experience to PhiCap Advisors.Prior to PhiCap, I served as the VP of Investor Relations & Capital Markets for the Atlas companies, publicly-traded energy enterprises including Atlas Energy Group and Atlas Resource Partners, as well as several of its subsidiaries since 2006. At the Atlas companies, I helped in the investor marketing and consummation of three initial public offerings, approximately $20 billion in acquisitions and divestitures, including the sale of Atlas’ parent company twice in that time frame, and equity and debt offerings of over $6 billion.From 1999 to 2006, I worked for Cigna Healthcare in the company’s Financial Leadership Program in several finance and accounting positions.I was also a senior auditor for the manufacturing, distribution and technology sectors at Andersen from 1995 to 1999.I graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Accounting.I am a chartered financial analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Philadelphia.
