• Directed application development group in support of accounting and corporate functions, including Lawson and other systems related to the Legal, Tax, and Treasury departments. Developed and managed multiple business.

• Developed and executed a strategy to upgrade enterprise supply chain system to next-generation platform. Custom-built solution contained new capability in support of key business improvement efforts.

• Managed IT services team in support of supply chain and CRM functions. Responsible for software development as well as training and on-going support.
• Successfully upgraded enterprise CRM application to next-generation.NET platform. New solution resulted in increased product management functions and improved CRM capability.
