Four successful acquisitions: FinDox acquired by Reorg in 2022, InstaMed acquired by JPMorgan Chase in 2019, Pet Wireless/Tailio acquired by Nestle Purina in 2018, LendAmend acquired by FIS Global in 2013.I'm an engineer, entrepreneur, and executive. I'm the CTO and Co-founder of FinDox. FinDox developed Leveraged Finance Compliance Solutions and was acquired by Reorg in 2022. At FinDox, I acted as both the CTO and CISO. Prior to FinDox, I spent 15 years at InstaMed. I was the first hire after the two founders while I was a senior at Harvey Mudd College and led the development of InstaMed's healthcare payment platform. InstaMed was acquired by JPMorgan Chase in 2019.I spent the first 10 years of my career being extremely hands-on building the platform. I grew with the company to eventually become the VP of Innovation and Architecture.I was the CTO of Pet Wireless for 5+ years which was acquired by Nestle Purina in 2018.I was the CTO of LendAmend for 5 years which was acquired by FIS Global in 2013. I have a B.S. in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College. I completed 2 internships while I was in College for Microsoft and won the Microsoft Technical Scholarship two years in a row.
