My current practice is entirely dedicated to litigation, and I primarily defend individuals and entities involved with a major rideshare app. My practice also continues to involve the defense of contractors, corporations, and individuals involved in Construction and Labor Law litigation. I handle a variety of cases from inception to disposition, whether that be via verdict, dismissal, or settlement.

At Segal McCambridge, I served as a trial attorney and primarily defended The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in Construction and Labor Law matters arising out of the construction of the World Trade Center, the runway renovation project at John F. Kennedy Airport, and rebuilding efforts following Hurricane Sandy. A portion of my caseload also involved defending Honda in Breach of Warranty and Products Liability claims. I have extensive experience taking and defending depositions; in all aspects of motion practice; and in preparing and questioning witnesses at trial.

At Gerspach Sikoscow, I gained invaluable litigation experience as a Medical Malpractice attorney. I handled every aspect of each of my cases from inception until the time of trial, including managing my own caseload; client interviews/intake; discovery; depositions; court conferences; and depositions.
