• Hired and directed a diverse 13-person in-house team of content producers, directors, videographers, editors, designers, writers, on-air talent, and video optimization specialists. Managed the relationship and work, including onboarding, and bidding process of creative freelancers, vendors, agencies, and contractors.• Lead video project expectations around Playboy's repositioning into non-adult mainstream content advocating for creative excellence throughout the entire production pipeline including strategy, development, programming, physical production and post production. • Initiated, negotiated and oversaw the construction process and technical equipment build out of Playboy's in-house video studio and green screen stage. • Analyzed engagement data to modernized and conceptualize new video content for Playboy.com's relaunched non-nude website, Facebook page and multi-channel Youtube network. Helped grow overall viewership from 4M to over 20M monthly global users and lowering the median age down from 47 to 30.• Executed and fulfilled the brand's strategy and voice through the creation of 3 new "Playboy-inspired" Youtube channels and 28+ original video programs across entertainment, documentary/news, style/nightlife, humor, gaming, sex & culture and events verticals.• Developed 14 new video series for Playboy's first Digital Content NewFronts presentation.• Established programming, hired on-camera talent and executive produced Playboy’s LA Press Club award-winning documentary series "Journalista." • Launched Playboy’s food focused Youtube channel "Indulgence," generating over 41M+ views and 165k subscribers.• Collaborated with product, design, editorial, licensing, business development, finance, legal, executive and social teams to maximize engagement, build community, optimize workflow and deliver new products to market.
