Responsible for all legal and operations matters related to a private, 15-site dental practice and associated dental lab located throughout NYS and Florida.

Successfully performed all legal work pertaining to private equity and hedge fund transactions and managed work performed by outside counsel, accountants and auditors.

Successfully drafted and negotiated commercial contracts for clients in the fields of technology and healthcare; served as sole intellectual property practitioner at firm; litigated various cases relating to employment, contract, insurance, securities and intellectual property law; arbitrated and mediated various commercial disputes.

Extensive experience drafting patent, trademark and copyright licenses, as well as Internet hosting and joint advertising agreements; litigated patent (utility and design), trademark and copyright infringement cases in federal courts around the country; managed the international prosecution, enforcement and litigation of trademark portfolios for approximately 12 separate clients.
