With a background in neuroscience and more than 15 years of experience teaching and practicing yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and different healing modalities, Brian is able to synthesize modern scientific knowledge with ancient wisdom to help his clients get the results they desire.Brian has empowered people from all walks of life to realise their full potential and enable them to live a stress-free and meaningful life. Brian had 2 years living full-time and studying at Ratna Ling, a Tibetan Buddhist Retreat Center in California. Through his immersion in the teachings of Tibetan Lama, Tarthang Tulku, with focus on in-depth learning of Kum Nye - Tibetan Yoga, Brian was introduced to another way of living and being.As a learning facilitator he encourages people to see how our mindsets dictate our experience.Committed to conscious lifestyle practices, Brian founded Conscious Action, a movement of people committed to living more intentionally through in-person events and The Conscious Action Podcast.Through You Being You Brian alongside other wellbeing experts share ancient wisdom teaching through online courses to connect to the true Heart nature of ourselves and others.Besides working with individuals and businesses Brian is a guide/teacher of Bright Side, a space for Auckland University of Technology students designed to explore self-knowledge, how to have authentic relationships and what a life with meaning and purpose looks like.Here to help you to discover a different way of living and being.
