As an investor at Rich Products Ventures (the CVC attached to food conglomerate Rich Products Corporation), I am on the hunt for the next big disruptors in the future of food tech. We invest in Seed through Series B companies across 4 main channels: Sustainable Production (climate friendly ingredients, plant-based, cell-based, food waste reduction, sustainable packaging), Next Generation of Retail & Foodservice (off prem consumption, unattended retail, DTC and Back of House / Front of House Automation), Nutrition & Health (B4Y and Food as Medicine) and the Dynamic Supply Chain.Following my graduation from Wharton with my MBA (with honors), I helped run Business Development and Deals for Burger King, under the broader Restaurant Brands International portfolio of brands. I have spent time in a variety of roles across the consumer sector as I build out a broad-based understanding of what makes consumer companies succeed (and fail). These roles include time in strategy consulting at AlixPartners, within early-stage venture capital investing at Beacon, at Anheuser-Busch InBev on the lean Global Strategy team, on the Financial Planning & Strategy team at Blue Apron (experiencing boom & bust from within) and as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer / Retail Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
