Over the course of my 25+ year career in the telecommunications industry, I have been instrumental in assisting Partners & Customers in demystifying the jargon and techno babble of the industry and helping them to navigate the communications and networking products and services available to keep their company agile and competitive. An experienced and dynamic trainer with excellent communications and management skills. Current qualifications include; Certified Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Trainer and TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment. Although I continue to work part-time in the telecommunications industry, I also operate my own business, The Complete Pixel which is focused on Photography and Post Processing training.
